From the app
In Sansoif, open Settings → Account → Delete my account, then confirm. Deleting the social account is permanent.
By email
You can also request deletion by emailing support@sansoif.com from the email address linked to your account, so we can check the request is really yours.
What is deleted
- Your social account and your handle.
- Your shared weekly summaries and your membership in private groups.
- Your detailed log stays local: it is removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it from your device.
Timing
Server-side data, including encrypted backups, is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Only records that must be retained by law, such as purchase records, are kept for the applicable statutory period.
