From the app
In Sansoif, open Settings → Account → Delete my account, then confirm. Deleting the social account is permanent.
By email
You can also request deletion by emailing support@sansoif.com from the email address linked to your account, so we can verify your request.
What is deleted
- Your social account and your handle.
- Your shared weekly summaries and your membership in private groups.
- Your detailed log stays local: it is removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it from your device.
Timing
Server-side data is deleted within 30 days of your request. Encrypted backups are purged according to their usual rotation cycle.
