Have you tried a poke?
A little reminder between friends.
A friend forgot to log their day? A poke sends them a notification to remind them. It's called “Poke” on iPhone and “Nudge” on Android.
Available from 9 pm to midnight, when their day doesn't show as logged yet. On the free plan, one reminder per person per day.
- Open Friends and find a friend whose day isn't logged yet.
- On iPhone: swipe their card to the left, or press and hold. On Android: the button is right on their card.
- Tap Poke on iPhone or Nudge on Android to remind them to log their day, even if they had no drinks.
Log your drinks, including none
- Open Today and adjust the counter to log your drinks.
- Didn't drink? Confirm with No drinks. A day with zero drinks counts too.
- Missed a day? Pick the date at the top of the screen to fill in a past day.
Set a goal
- Open Goals in Progress on iPhone or Tracking on Android, then tap New goal.
- Choose the goal type, period and your target: for example a drink limit or a number of sober days.
- Save your goal: your progress updates as you log your days.
Add friends and create a group
- Sign in with Apple or Google to use the social features.
- In Friends, add someone by username or share your invite link. It works between iPhone and Android too.
- In Groups, create a group and share an invitation or its code so your friends can join.
Choose what your friends can see
- In Settings, go to Privacy. On Android, tap Who sees what.
- Turn calendar sharing with friends on or off, then choose which groups can see it.
- Your incidents aren't shared by default: leave that setting off to keep them private. Changing these settings doesn't delete your log.
